1. To coach and counselling of the Sales team
2. To plan, implement ,monitor and coordinate with Marketing for sales
activities in order to achieve yearly sales goal for the district.
3. To develop good business relationship with clients and customers
through field visits.
4.To recruit, screen and hire Sales Representatives for the assigned
district and to work with sales trainers to implement training programs
to develop their knowledge and skills.
5.To work with Regional Sales Managers to stay up to date on managed
market issues in district, implement initiatives to maximize sales, and
execute pull through initiatives.
6. To set performance management objectives based on relevant
marketing plans and assessment of individual performance vs.
7. To obtain feedback from sales representative and customers on new
and existing products and relay customer and sales staff feedback on
products to Sales Directors and Brand Teams.
