In this role you will:

  • Update/ review of Design Papers and Process Flows, prepare User Requirements specifications
  • Propose and challenge process options with key stakeholders using knowledge of the procurement design principles and SAP system capabilities
  • Contribute / Review functional design specifications
  • Contribute to the definition and review of Global Processes Controls
  • Prepare business readiness assessments for the changes introduced by BPR
  • Update/review the training material
  • Contribute to global data cleansing and migration strategy
  • Provide guidance and review testing specifications for the global core functionalities, execute user tests for global core functionalities
  • Manage together with the local project team the definition and implementation of process and organizational changes
  • Manage the requirements collection for localization (legal and local specifics), validate and seek for approval of the local changes, validate the scope
  • Provide input to Global Training Material Preparation and support Training Activities
  • Provide guidance and support for local SOPs update
  • Provide guidance for User Acceptance test preparation (e.g. review and coach end-to-end scenarios preparation) 
  • Provide guidance and support in the cutover planning (go-live preparation business activities and transition management)
  • Support the go-live for issues related to processes and organization
  • Manage Direct and Indirect Procurement Global Process and principle implementation
  • Regularly report status and progress to the Global Procure to Order
  • 50% travel globally

Skills/Experience:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Change management experience
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in deployment or exposure to BPR projects
  • Pharma experience
  • Around 2-5 year´s experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in business English
  • Proficient IT skills particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in teams
