Job Description

Objective:

The title of this role is Patient Service Project Manager, that covers hybrid responsibilities of Patient Services, Key Medical Affairs Projects andMedicalExcellence.
The purpose of setting this role is probing unmet needs from patient perspective and leveraging resources from internal (Medical and other cross functions) and external (HCPs, HCEs, Patient related charity organizations) to enhance the process of Takeda medical services in Hong Kong. At the same time, this role will work closely with China Medical Excellence to support HK MA training, MA Excellence related KPIs and process.

Job Description:

Patient Service

  • Patient Supporting Program (PSP) focused, and correlated patient educational and training activities
  • Develop patient service and patient educationalstrategy with alignment of HKBU Vision and Strategies;
  • Manage third-party nurse team and agency to implement education plan & patient programs;
  • Leverage medical resources to develop patient educational materials to enhance patient awareness and basic knowledge to certain diseases;
  • Lead the patient care projects execution and be an active member of patient journey mapping team
  • Assess and monitor legal, regulatoryenvironment related to PSP; work with legal and compliance to develop and track KPIs associated with Patient Service

Medical Project

  • Patient centricity driven

  • Hong Kong market reality and patient unmet needs based
  • Takeda therapeutic area (not specific product) correlated

Medical Excellence

  • Monitor, review and analyze HKMA performance based on HKMA KPIs;
  • Issue HKMA monthly performance report;

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: University/college graduation with bachelor degree and above, majored in biological or life science, economics, business management, etc.
  • Working experience: at least five years of working experiences in pharmaceutical industry and currently with junior position of management in Patient Service, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Business Operations, KAM and Market Access, etc.
  • Capabilities: good communication and presentation skills; self starter, team player, cross function coordination experience with successful stories;
  • Fluent Cantonese and English; Mandarin speaking is an asset;
