A typical day as a Management Assistant aims to support general activities of the Business Unit, the Business Unit Director and being an added value for Takeda Netherlands bv. By providing support, the Management Assistant contributes to Takeda's business objectives and mission to strive for better health for patients
As a Management Assistant you will be part of the successful Management Assistant team of Takeda.
A small selection of responsibilities:
Supporting, co-organizing and working proactively on the (inter) national activities of a department
Overall assistance & correspondence/mailings
Administration/handling of Sponsorship/Grants documentation and approval process
Maintaining contacts with third parties such as travel agencies, marketing and communication agencies, authorities or departments of Takeda's international organization
Ensure printing and promotional materials, as well as other important items that are needed on location, are arranged and available
The administrative management of (product) budgets in such a way that they are always up to date and well- organized according Takeda procurement policy
Several cross functional activities
Point of contact for the Business Unit(s)
•MBO / HBO level
• 5+ years of relevant experience in management support at international, listed organizations
• Strong ability to act independently and to multi-task within a dynamic work environment
•Fluent Dutch and English
• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP ARIBA /COUPA and guidelines CGR is a preference
