Job Description
Job Purpose:
Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to TURC MCO. Serves as a liaison to the management/leadership teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

Geographic Scope: TuRC MCO (Turkiye, Russia, Kazakhistan, Belarus)
Accountabilities:
Executive Assistant to MCO Head:
Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks for the MCO Head including an extremely active calendar of appointments, annual budget, completing monthly expense reconciliation; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for travel-related meetings
Plan, coordinate and ensure the MCO head schedule is followed and respected. Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the MCO Head time and office
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Country Heads, MCO Head, GEM HQ, GPD and Global Stakeholders and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
Work closely and effectively with the Leadership Team and their Assistants to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up appropriately. Act as a "barometer” having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keep the MCO head updated.
Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on-going projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Aid and support key tasks such as leadership team member onboarding, annual calendar planning and staff communication.
Records comprehensive meeting minutes, distribute and follow-up on action items within set timelines.
Support event Planning & Meeting management for TURC (Meetings with GEM, GPD and other Global Stakeholders, Cycle meeting, Town Hall, Team building activities, Launches, Training) administrative operations.
Built an efficient, proactive, compliant, and agile administrative team that is well appreciated by the organization.
General Office Management
Organize office operations, procedures and management of staff to ensure an exceptional working facilities for General management of TURC MCO.
Maintaining and improving his (her) qualification to efficiently perform his (her) duties, receiving training organized by the Company;
Going on business trips to perform his (her) duties and to participate in events organized by the Company;
Compliance with standards and rules established by internal regulations of the Company (orders, decrees, instructions, guidelines, etc.);
Performance of any other duties within the framework of his (her) competence not conflicting with this job description.
Critical functional knowledge
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, leadership members, external partners and distributors.
Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response

Knowledge of document management rules;
Experience of event organization;
Professional competences: information analysis, process management, relations development, authority and persuasiveness, result orientation.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree
10 years of relevant experience supporting GM level executives
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Languages: English (Advanced), Turkish.
