Job Description

Corporate Marketing Manager

Objectives
Corporate Marketing Manager will identify Most Valuable Customers [e.g. large corporations, chain groups, insurance], and form partnership with relevant stakeholders strategically to grow the business and improve patient care, both short and long term

Activities and Responsibilities
•    Identify and segment Most Valuable Customers [MVCs] to target. Develop Decision Making Unit [DMU] Map to understand the influence sphere of key stakeholders
•    Achieve deep understanding of customer pain points/ needs to identify points of collaboration, and conduct 4C analysis [Climate, Competitor, Customer, Consumer] to develop key account plan
•    Partner with Takeda cross-functional team to improve joint ownership and execute key account plans seamlessly as a team
•    Setup SMART KPIs, track and respond to results [key accounts]
•    Cultivate long-term business relationship of MVCs to build customer trust and value

Job Specification

  • Min. Bachelor degree from related major.

  • Min of 7 years in pharmaceutical industry, particularly in both sales and people management roles

  • Proven track records in complex cross-functional projects and planning

  • Preferably vaccine sales experience
