Job Description

About the role:

The Senior Manager, Competitive and Market Intelligence will report to the Director, GI Market and Customer Insights & Capability Building and is responsible for leading, creating and delivering integrated insights across multiple sources, knowledge management assignments.

How you will contribute:

  • Proactively identifies strategic and tactical CI needs of the US GIBU with a focus on UC & CD, establishing both long-range and short-term business impact.

  • Collaboratively prioritizes and builds a CI plan (KITs, KIQs), integrated with PMR, Analytics and cross-functional teams.

  • Provides oversight on all processes related to procurement, vendors, compliance, pharmacovigilance and budget management activities in execution of each CI activity.

  • Supervise compliance of relevant SOP and industry ethics for GIBU operations

  • Responsible for maintaining and tracking learning/training, compliance and safety programs

  • Executes other ad hoc tasks assigned by Head/Lead of Customer and Market Insights

  • Guides and manages the creation of operational processes and presents associated plans to GIBU leadership for approval.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. Scientific or commercial education.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible project management experience.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of commercial experience within pharmaceuticals, 2 years in specialty

  • 5+ years matrix stakeholder management required.

  • 2+ years' experience in implementing processes, procedures, competitive intelligence in specialty biologics healthcare environment.

  • 2+ years expertise and industry leadership in CI.
