About the role:
As a Site Leadership Team (SLT) member of our manufacturing site in Linz you will play a key role in strategic enterprise thinking, finding innovative approaches to problem-solving, showing patient centricity and business orientation, build trust and reputation. Furthermore, be inspiring for employees, enable a collaborative environment that drives the organization forward, focus on few priorities that matter most and deliver superior results, elevate capabilities that support our manufacturing site in Linz now and in the future.
How you will contribute:
Finance Business and Sparring Partner for the local Management Team and Business Units
Leader and Mentor for the local small GMSQ Finance & Controlling team
Act as interface to Corporate Finance and other central functions (TransferPricing, TaxCompliance, Product Costing and Reporting)
Coordination and close collaboration with our Shared Service Center
Full responsibility for monthly and quarterly Controlling and Reporting processes (incl. external communication with auditors)
Full responsibility for local Budget Planning and Product Costing
Local Site Finance Compliance and Internal Controls
Further development of local Controlling methodologies and tools as well as supporting Takeda Group Finance digitalization initiatives and roll-outs
What you bring to Takeda:
Degree in Business Administration preferably specialized in Finance and Controlling
Solid experience as Operations Controller in an industrial manufacturing environment within a large group company
Practical skills in planning, standard costing and reporting in SAP (FI/CO/PA, MM, PP, SD)
Good knowledge of Compliance and Accounting principles: IFRS, UGB, Internal Controls, SOX
Leadership experience in a Finance & Controlling position
"Hands-on" mentality – very proactive and team-oriented
Ability to work in a dynamic and highly complex environment
Proficiency in German and English is required

What we offer you:
A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 6.500,- gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
