Job Description

Takeda is now hiring a (Senior) Transfer Pricing Analyst interested in wide range of Operational Transfer Pricing processes (the seniority of the position will depend on the chosen candidate’s experience).

As a (Senior) Transfer Pricing Analyst, you will perform and continually enhance various Transfer Pricing processes within Transfer Pricing setting and Transfer Pricing Adjustments in order to fulfill company deadlines and compliance requirements. Reporting to Transfer Pricing Manager and as a member of Global Transfer Pricing team, you will be a trusted partner to Global Tax, Takeda Business Solutions, local finance teams and other stakeholders withing Takeda Group.

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

• Calculation, reviewing and updating of transfer prices

• Calculation of Transfer Pricing Adjustments in various quarterly/annual processes

• Perform profitability analysis for various types of entities in the scope of assigned responsibilities

• Preparation of certain Transfer Pricing reports and support the analysis of such

• Contributing to the further development and implementation of automation tools to further streamline Operational Transfer pricing Processes

• Reviewing and reconcile intercompany transaction data for tax and other compliance purposes

• Assisting in global transfer pricing initiatives and projects

• Co-operation with various Business Units/Functions within Takeda Group, as well as with auditors and local business partners.

Required qualifications:

• Academic background in accounting, finance, tax or economics

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, Accounting, Controlling or Financial Analysis

• Understanding of financial and accounting processes

• Understanding of general transfer pricing framework

• Strong analytical skills and focus on details

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent communication in English

• MS Office knowledge (advanced Excel)

Preferred qualifications:

• SAP knowledge

• Interest/experience in improvements and automation

• Experience in working for a multinational company in an international environment
