Job Description
ServiceNow Product Owner
Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is a global function and key business partner for Takeda providing simplified and innovative solutions across Finance, Procurement and HR. In this this role you will be responsible to manage the TBS user portals (currently built on ServiceNow) and associated design and maintenance activities. The role plays a key part in delivering TBS commitment of creating exceptional people experiences, through putting users and their needs at the center of everything we do and everything we build. The role is directly responsible for ServiceNow management on behalf of TBS (development and enhancements in BAU, reporting and dashboards, trainings) and active role in ServiceNow governance within TBS and with other Takeda departments (IT, procurement etc.)

Accelerate value & make an impact by:
Manage the product roadmap for Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) ServiceNow portals
Manage the product backlog in alignment with TBS stakeholders and work with them on setting the right priorities
Work with the TBS Experience teams on delivering against the agreed priorities
Define design principles and manage the portals roadmap, creating user-centric solutions
Manage the team of business analysts and developer supporting TBS ServiceNow portals
Product ownership
Maintain a product roadmap for the ServiceNow portal under your responsibility, highlighting the key objectives for the year ahead, setting the vision and direction in line with expectations of TBS stakeholders.
Manage the product backlog by reviewing requests for new features and creating user stories for further refinement by Business Analysts.
Prioritize the backlog with key TBS stakeholders
Lead key ServiceNow related projects, in partnership with IT and external partners, including ServiceNow
Deliver progress updates to TBS stakeholders through reports and/or review meetings as appropriate.
Own the governance of ServiceNow enabled processes, creating adequate reports and dashboards to be used by relevant stakeholders
Own the knowledge and trainings related to TBS employees usage of ServiceNow
Ensure that best practices are followed using creativity, technology, and a proactive customer-centric mindset to deliver a high-quality, proactive support to Takeda employees and suppliers.
Required qualifications:
Previous experience as a Product Owner, ServiceNow manager or equivalent role (5+ years)
Practical ServiceNow design or development experience; good working knowledge of workflow automation concepts.
Business analysis experience.
Experience working with an international business network in previous roles
Interpersonal skills and confident approach building partnerships amongst colleagues
Advanced communication skills, verbal and writing
Advanced organizational, analytical and technical skills
Exceptional problem solving and customer service skills
Fluency in English
