As a Support Solution Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and process procurement support request from local countries through the Procurement ticketing system, phone, email, chatbox.
  • Supporting users with eProcurement systems and processes (e.g. Purchase order creation activity, incident error troubleshooting)
  • Drive automation and process simplifications in operational procurement (improvements resulting in higher efficiency of the procure-to-pay process)   
  • Work closely with second line support (IT, Accounts Payable, Master Data, Contract team)  to provide stakeholders with end-to-end solution
  • Provide pro-active feedback on how to improve the process and drive continues improvement projects
  • Support projects when required (e.g. roll outs, systems implementations)

Required qualifications:

  • Background in Procurement, Accounts Payable or Travel&Expenses area would be an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree required, business major desirable
  • English is a must
  • Other European language would be an asset
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to work in an international team-based environment remotely, intercultural skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize work
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize the workload
  • Stress resistance, discipline, dedication
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team remotely
  • Customer orientation
  • Ability to work on non-standard hours
