As a Support Solution Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and process procurement support request from local countries through the Procurement ticketing system, phone, email, chatbox.
- Supporting users with eProcurement systems and processes (e.g. Purchase order creation activity, incident error troubleshooting)
- Drive automation and process simplifications in operational procurement (improvements resulting in higher efficiency of the procure-to-pay process)
- Work closely with second line support (IT, Accounts Payable, Master Data, Contract team) to provide stakeholders with end-to-end solution
- Provide pro-active feedback on how to improve the process and drive continues improvement projects
- Support projects when required (e.g. roll outs, systems implementations)
Required qualifications:
- Background in Procurement, Accounts Payable or Travel&Expenses area would be an asset
- Bachelor’s degree required, business major desirable
- English is a must
- Other European language would be an asset
- Experience in Customer Service
- Ability to work in an international team-based environment remotely, intercultural skills
- Self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize work
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize the workload
- Stress resistance, discipline, dedication
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team remotely
- Customer orientation
- Ability to work on non-standard hours
