Job Description

Background (context, scope & Deliverables ):

Objective of  Project: this is a innovative patient solution role which will experience China patient servicel’s quick evolving with full agility. Depend on the candidate’s onboarding date,wil support China innovative patient solution for rare dieases or oncologe and PSP degion for pipeline . 

Key deliverables include:
1,Strengthen Global – Region/LOC –China interaction and exchange innovative patient service solution or experience;
2,Leverage global/region/local expertise and experience to elevate enterprise patient services capability
3. Build up and act as the bridge for cross LOC/region exchanges to better connect PS community

Key roles & responsibilities of Accelerator:

Innovative patient solution leader, closely work with project sponsor,  CAPS team, BU marketing, medical, global/regional experts, and other relevant supporting function teams to deliver the project

Host Country /BU:China-CAPS

Duration (Starting Month/Year):3~6 months

Expectation on participant expertise/language, etc:

1. Great inter-personal skills, good organizer and result-oriented
2. Good strategic thinking and Agile project management skills
3. patient services/ patient solution/ digital health working experiences as a plus
4. English fluent, Chinese as a big plus
5. At least Manager level or above
