You will be part of the deployment of a Data and Digital strategy and culture within our Fractionation organization in Vienna.
Identify Data (Business Intelligence) opportunities to ensure that the end-to-end supply chain at Vienna further develops to allow significant enhancements.
Identify Digital (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, …) opportunities to ensure that our Fractionation organization further enhance existing processes to allow substantial improvements.
Benchmarking and best practice sharing with other Takeda sites and leaders in industry 4.0.
Provide Data & Digital expertise and guidance in collaborations with internal and external parties.
Intensive collaboration with key stakeholders, and network building within the Fractionation organization and between Takeda sites.
Build business case & prioritize Data & Digital initiatives.
Identify cost needs to support the Fractionation digital roadmap.
Ability to anticipate problems and opportunities in the Data & Digital space.
Lead meetings to define the best projects, facilitate project team meetings & meetings with the sponsor, coordinate various changes / transformations.
Lead post workshop communication to appropriate stakeholder and hand-off/transition of next steps to owners.
Coach Data & Digital concepts and mindsets and behaviors across the Fractionation organization.
Spokesperson or "translator" between production and corresponding supporting departments.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in sciences or Computer or an equivalent degree or experience in IT, Automation or similar.
Good IT, data and digital system knowledge.
Ideally 1-2 years of experience with data acquisition and/or data accessibility.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment is a benefit but not required.
Demonstrated experience in organizational change management.
Excellent German and English language skills.

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately.The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is€3 389,68gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry).The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
