Join Takeda New Zealand as a Brand Manager:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Brand Manager to lead the growth of our Gastroenterology and Neuroscience portfolios while supporting other priority brands. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Lead and collaborate with colleagues across Oceania and globally. In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategic marketing plans, deliver impactful campaigns across digital and traditional platforms and be at the centre of a wide cross-functional team, driving marketing and digital innovation.
Success requires a pragmatic approach, and the ability to prioritise effectively across multiple teams and initiatives, ensuring plans are delivered on time and with impact.

What you will do:
- Help Drive performance. Achieve revenue and market share targets while managing budgets and forecasts.
- Shape strategy. Develop and execute integrated brand plans aligned with global, Oceania, and NZ priorities.
- Lead campaigns. Deliver omnichannel marketing across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Collaborate widely. Chair brand teams, work cross-functionally, and partner closely with the Commercial Lead and global colleagues.
- Leverage insights. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer need to inform decisions.
- Engage stakeholders. Build strong relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and external agencies.
- Stay ahead. Keep up with regulatory, reimbursement, and market developments.
What you’ll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or Healthcare is preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in brand management or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the adaptability to manage shifting priorities in deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of HCP engagement tools and platforms.
