Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead multiple teams of executives, directors/senior managers, and managers
* Develop and implement marketing strategies for products/services and associated brands
* Evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P&L, including budgeting, expenditures, and profitability
* Ensure product volume and profit targets are met
* Conduct market research and analysis to guide strategic decisions
* Align sales and marketing activities with broader organizational strategies
* Provide leadership and direction through multiple levels of management and staff
