Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and implement advertising and promotional campaigns
* Conduct market research to identify and predict consumer trends
* Manage product planning, development, and P&L activities
* Create and distribute promotional materials
* Implement policy and strategy for short-term results
* Oversee a medium-sized team of managers, supervisors, and professionals
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders and present findings at meetings

* Fully capable of leading public relations efforts, advising others, and applying expertise in complex scenarios.
* Manages marketing budgets effectively, optimizes expenditures, and provides guidance in complex campaigns.
* Independently executes branding strategies in complex situations and mentors others.
* Applies advanced Search Engine Optimization strategies, advises on future trends.
* Performs lead generation tasks independently and anticipates future needs.
* Executes email marketing campaigns independently and makes strategic recommendations.
* Leads complex market research studies and provides insights.
* Utilizes Google Analytics to analyze data and provide strategic insights.
* Manages and executes complex graphic design projects, and improves processes.
