Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a high performing and competitively superior sales force that delivers results and value-added services to both internal and external customers through improved physician targeting, territory alignment, target allocation, segmentation, daily operation and adherence to best practice.
- Review and challenge status quo of sales force activities, give advice and insights for optimization.
- Using predictive models and reinforcement learning algorithms to simulate and prescribe optimal resource allocation.
- Lead to utilize new technologies AI and data analytics to derive insights that inform strategies and decision-making process and identify potential opportunities.
- Provides sales and marketing with training and explanations on using analytical tools to obtain insights.
- Implement the quarterly and yearly sales planning cycle with BU and ensure timely delivery with quality.
- Monitor sales force design/development and make recommendations to BU Head to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with BU Heads, sales managers, cross functions to ensure the implementation of company’s SFE strategies and development of a systematic approach to monitor KPI and track performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor degree or above in preferred Mathematics, Finance, Statistics and Computer Science background.
- Over 10 years’ experience in sales capability or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or related functions is a must.
- Data Literacy and AI Interpretation skills, having the ability to leverage AI-driven clustering and predictive modeling to create and simulate resource allocation.
- Willingly embrace changes needed to adapt to new circumstances.
- Create and communicate a sense of purpose or vision for self, team or unit consistent with Takedaism Behaviors and Corporate Strategies.
- Strong communication skills to influence the key stakeholders and collaborate with partner departments
