Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- According to key account access strategy and market access policy environment, design\ execute and analyze programs for regional access team
- Coordinate central KA projects and regional projects; According to the market strategy, design related projects, improve the utilization efficiency of resources,
- Coordinate the activities of KA project and BU project, integrate resources, strengthen cooperation, and achieve fully coverage of T1000 target hospitals.
- Enhance Takeda brand image and products’ value proposition among key stakeholders through driving win-win partnership.
Qualifications &
Level of Education
Bachelors and above
Working Experience in Relevant Field
- At least 3 years of experience in Key Account or Marketing in China Pharma industry
- Project management or consulting experience a plus
Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Strong business acumen
- Outstanding track record in strategic planning roles
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate strategy and plans with clear logic flow and confidence. Able to lead team meetings towards productive discussion and alignment
- Good project management skills to deliver on complex tasks within tight timeframe and milestones.
- Good at teamwork and self-motivated.
- Innovative sense and willing to drive a complex and changing environment and effectively manage and resolve issues from access perspective.
- Awareness of and adherence to the company’s credo and compliance requirement.
- Able to independently drive creative solutions and establish connections both internally and externally
- Fluency in written and oral English and Chinese is essential.
