Job Description

JOB PURPOSE  工作目的

  Summarizes the job’s purpose or role and why it exists in the organization

An internal and externally facing medical role that provides diagnostic expertise in priority therapeutic/disease areas and builds Takeda scientific leadership. Participates and contributes with diagnostic expertise in design of LCM and Brand Strategy. Be responsible to implement Medical Plan/ activities related diagnostic contents in alignment with Brand strategy. Ensures that the diagnostic Activities meet the needs of patients and customers.  Engages Opinion Leaders in scientific exchange meetings and advisory board meetings. Defines and delivers training on Medical background of the product or various functions in an organization.

Essential       

• Medical Master or PhD degrees required

Technical / skill

• Thorough knowledge and experience in pathology or biomarker of the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong relationships with pathologists, and external professional, disease, and research organizations
• Knowledge of legislation relevant to pharmaceutical sales and marketing
• Strong self-management and execution ability
• Knowledge of the latest technical and regulatory developments

Desirable    

• Understanding of multiple aspects of diagnostics within Medical Affairs
• Experience in relationship and stakeholder management
• Project management experience

 Language ability    语 言 能 力

      Fluent in spoken/ written English

 Computer literacy    电 脑 知 识

     Fluent Microsoft Office operation skills
