Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and lead the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team within relevant TA, coach MSL team to identify regional unmet needs, design and execute regional MSL medical plan, synergy into an overall MSL strategy, predominantly by establishing, developing, and fostering relationships with key external stakeholder (especially KOLs), and to drive the exchange of unbiased scientific information between medical community and Takeda China.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Medical or Pharmacist master degree is required
• ≥3 yrs medical affairs people Manager experience with a track record of success in pharmaceutical company are required]
• Clinical practicing experiences within relevant TAs are preferred.
• Customer focus with excellent communication and influencing skills that can impact at national level
• Interpersonal skills and strong leadership and motivation skills to lead and coach a team of MSLs and work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong network of effective scientific relationships with stakeholders and maintain an understanding for HCPs, to achieve trusted advisor status.
• Highly medical project management skills to deliver on complex tasks within timeframe and milestones.
• Awareness of and adherence to the company company’s credo and compliance requirement.
• Fluent in both written and spoken business and academic English.
• Strong AI mindset, capable to use AI in daily work and drive innovation
