Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.分析分管产品的市场销营销趋势，为营销团队制定营销指标提供参考依据。
2.制定分管产品的市场推广策略及具体行动计划，提高分管产品的市场价值。
3.组织实施分管产品的市场推广计划，并跟踪计划执行的有效性，以支持营销团队达成营销指标。
4.组织各类市场活动并参与学术会议，提高分管产品的学术形象。
5.制定分管产品的年度市场营销费用总体预算，分配和管理市场营销费用，确保对分管产品市场投入的最大产出。
6.为营销团队提供分管产品的市场竞争状况、营销工具应用等相关培训，提高营销团队对分管产品的了解程度。

Qualifications & Skills:

教育背景：

本科及以上学历，医学、药学或市场营销专业为佳
相关领域工作经验：

3-8 年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验（高级产品经理8 年、产品经理5年、产品副经理3 年）
专业知识与技能：
熟练使用计算机办公软件
良好的英语听说读写能力
具有较强的沟通协调能力及组织能力
