Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities : 

a. Support & perform all Site Equipment Reliability Program

b. Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions

c.Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

d.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns

e. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements

Another requirements/personality/attitude/etc :

a. Proven experience in maintenance engineering

within a manufacturing environment

b. Familiar with SAP PM is a plus

c. Good in English, both written and oral

d. Proactive, Comunicative and have

good interpersonal skills

e. Excellent problem-solving skills and
attention to detail
