Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
Own adoption for Copilot/Rovo and DevX agentic capabilities. Orchestrate enablement, change management, and value realization—embedding AI-SDLC/RAI checkpoints into how teams adopt the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Adoption & Change
Lead enterprise rollouts for GitHub Copilot, Atlassian Rovo, and DevX agentic platform with phased adoption strategy.
Define rollout waves, training, communications, and success metrics across product teams.
Create training materials, workshops, and documentation for developer audiences across all platform capabilities.
Track and report adoption metrics including usage rates, productivity gains, and developer satisfaction.
Run a transparent cadence: status, risks, decisions, and value dashboards.
Managing learning demand and prioritization
Management of training team in their delivery
Identify potential for improvement of learning which lead to e.g. an improved trainee experience, enhanced quality of content, more efficient management of training, more effective knowledge transfer, reduction of training costs
Governance & Readiness
Integrate RAI/AI-SDLC controls (data approvals, evaluation criteria, post-deployment monitoring) into the adoption playbook.
Ensure reproducibility and auditability requirements are met for each rollout.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure platform implementation meets adoption readiness criteria.
Stakeholder Leadership
Align with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, DD&T/DevSecOps/Quality; manage cross-team dependencies and escalations.
Coach teams on responsible use of agentic tooling and platform standards.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required
5+ years in product/engineering/program leadership with enterprise change/adoption experience.
Familiarity with SDLC tooling and AI controls; strong communication and stakeholder management.
Experience defining KPIs for value, quality, and risk.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex technical concepts to both developer and executive audiences.
Preferred/Nice to have
Prior platform enablement for GenAI/LLM tools; experience with large-scale developer enablement.
