Responsibilities
- Guide Agile teams as they use Takeda’s Agile Framework to adopt new ways of working through multiple Agile methodologies, including Kanban, Agile Scrum and SAFe.
- Advise technical leads on staffing, mobilizing, activating, and sustaining Agile teams.
- Coach and Mentor Product Managers/Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members as they work to improve team dynamics, velocity, psychological safety, and delivery of value.
- Aid Scrum Masters and Agile team members in the use of Jira, Confluence, and other internally supported tools to manage Agile projects.
- Assess best practices and determine necessary adjustments to improve team agility.
- Support Product Managers and Functional/Chapter leads to maximize team effectiveness through structures that incorporate best Agile/Lean practices.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience.
- 10+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
- Thorough understanding of OKRs, Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe methodologies.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.
- Experience developing learning content using recognized instructional design methodologies.
- Business mindset coupled with intense intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others to move toward common goals.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated knowledge or interest in digital technologies.
- Understanding of latest digital trends and direction of digital innovation.
- Knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English language
Preferred
- Healthcare and Life Sciences industry experience desired
- Industry-recognized Agile and / or DevOps Qualifications,
- Preferred Technical Degree (or equivalent experience).
