CRM Manager Architect

SalesforceLeadArchitect (10-12 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Lead Architectwith 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce sales cloud, health cloud and /or service cloud configuration, customization, and system integrations using middleware platforms. The ideal candidate should have strongexpertisein Apex, Lightning components, and integration frameworks, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. The candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Agentforce, Data360(previously known as Data Cloud)

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Review and perform Salesforce configuration including:

• Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts

• Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow

• Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules

• Design andDevelopcustom solutions using:

• Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex

• Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components

• Visualforce Pages

• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using middleware platforms such as:

• MuleSoft

• REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Web Services

• Design and implement agentforce and Data360 capabilities

• Strong understanding and hands on experience in

• Agentforce scripting

• Prompt Building

• Observability

• Data360 data ingestion/data streaming

• Zero copy

• Identity resolutions

• Calculated Insights

• Semantic layer building in Data360

• Write unit tests and ensure code coverage as per Salesforce standards.

• Participate in code reviews, solution architecture review andmaintaintechnical documentation.

• Follow DevOps best practices including CI/CD and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10-12 years of hands-on Salesforce architecture, solutiondesignand development experience.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Apex, SOQL, SOSL

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce Flows

• APIs

• Agentic AI and Agentforce

• Data360/Data cloud

• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health cloud, Agentforce and Data Cloud (Data360).

• Understanding integration using middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft)

• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes (Change Sets, DevOps,Datakitstools).

• Experience with Git-based version control systems.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Have experience working in pharma companies or with pharma clients

• Have experience working in pharma commercial domain

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

• Salesforce Administrator

• Data cloud Administrator

• Agentforce

• Experience with CI/CD tools, SalesforceDevops.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
