Salesforce Developer (5–7 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce sales cloud and /or service cloud configuration, customization, and system integrations using middleware platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, and integration frameworks, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform Salesforce configuration including:
    • Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts
    • Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow
    • Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules
  • Develop custom solutions using:
    • Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
    • Visualforce Pages
  • Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using middleware platforms such as:
    • MuleSoft
    • REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Web Services
  • Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Write unit tests and ensure code coverage as per Salesforce standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Follow DevOps best practices including CI/CD and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Apex, SOQL, SOSL
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Flows
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Data Cloud (Data360).
  • Strong experience in integration using middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft)
  • Experience with:
    • REST & SOAP Web Services
    • OAuth and authentication mechanisms
    • JSON, XML
  • Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes (Change Sets, DevOps tools).
  • Experience with Git-based version control systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Have experience working in pharma companies or with pharma clients
  • Have experience working in pharma commercial domain ie building Commercial and Medical CRM in pharma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as:
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
    • Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, Salesforce Devops.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
