About the Role

The Associate Director Digital Product leads a product initiative within the Takeda portfolio, focusing on the customer, strategic product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy. This role ensures the product aligns with business priorities and goals, contributing to Takeda's mission.

How you will contribute:
* Communicate how the product is meeting the business priorities and goals of the organization
* Work with partners in technology, data, and ecosystem to accomplish product goals
* Identify high priority issues and provide solutions to customer needs
* Own the product strategy, design, development, and launch
* Ensure product teams comply with GDT architecture standards
* Lead a team of product owners and embody the product culture and customer-led thinking
* Manage the expectations of business owners and other stakeholders

Skills and qualifications:
* Applies Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment independently in routine and moderately complex situations with minimal need for guidance.
* Independently manages container orchestration using Kubernetes in routine and moderately complex scenarios with minimal guidance.
* Independently uses Ansible to automate routine and moderately complex tasks with minimal guidance.
* Independently executes routine and moderately complex tasks in Amazon Web Services, like configuring web applications and optimizing database performance with minimal guidance.
* Independently utilizes Terraform to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot routine and moderately complex infrastructure with minimal guidance.
* Independently deploys and manages containers using Docker in routine and moderately complex scenarios, with minimal guidance.
* Can independently use tooling concepts in routine and moderately complex situations with minimal guidance.
* Can independently use Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery in routine to moderately complex situations with minimal guidance.
* Independently executes tasks in Microsoft Azure for routine and moderately complex situations, with a comprehensive understanding of its key components and minimal guidance.
* Independently integrates code into shared repositories, applying Continuous Integration practices in routine and moderately complex scenarios with minimal guidance.
* Can independently use Puppet to automate configurations in routine and moderately complex environments with minimal guidance.
* Independently executes projects using Agile Methodology in routine and moderately complex situations, requiring minimal guidance.
