Job Description
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
Collaborate with stakeholders to lead all organizational alignment activities for GDD&T communications.
Responsible for developing the communications vision and engagement approach (including cadence, channel, audience and tools).
Focusing on building organizational agility and change readiness as enablers of ongoing digital transformation.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Delivercommunications services for all activities and assigned projects to the highest standard
Providedynamiccommunication assets, leveragingall appropriate media to deliver best-in-class communications
Generate a range of communicationsmaterials and assets for use ensuringease of access to communications, clarity, and consistency of messages
Provideguidance on best practice asrequired
Maintain and deliveragainstour best-in-class communication strategy
Identify and implementimprovements to communicationprocess, practices and tools
Seek and maintainproductive business relationshipsacross DD&T and Takeda and with outside partners to create an ongoing flow of relevant, interesting, and timelycommunication on digitaltopics
Maintainexisting and activate new communicationschannelsthat highlight Takeda’sdigitalopportunities, accomplishments, and strategy
Remain current on digital and emergingtechnologies and trends
Collect and maintain success metrics to demonstratereturn on investment of digitalinitiatives and communicationsefforts
Conduct stakeholder impact analysis, assesschangereadiness, and developchange plans that drive successful adoption
Developcommunications strategy, includingpreferredcommunicationsvehicles
Managecommunications and training analysts to deliver on change management plans
Identify and managechangechampions to drive adoption
Consult and coach digital teams and leaders on change management best practices
Developchange management processes and tools to support the adoption of the changesrequired by DD&T projects or initiatives
Define and measure success metrics to monitor change and communications progress.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Minimum 4 years of experience
Skilled in crafting digital communication strategies that engage diverse audiences across various platforms
Keeps abreast of the latest digital and technology trends to integrate into communication and change initiatives
Effective in both verbal and written communications, tailoring messages for different audiences
Solves complex problems by analyzing situations and applying critical thinking to find solutions
Influences others through persuasive communication and well-reasoned arguments
Adapts strategies and approaches in response to changing business needs and technologies
Develops and implements organizational strategies that align with business goals
Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic decisions and measure impact
Manages projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives
Applies change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions and promote adoption
Utilizes Agile methodologies to manage projects and drive efficiency in processes
Builds and maintains strong relationships, fostering collaboration and trust across teams
Experience in Pharma and GxP projects, and in Demand Optimization and SAP implementations is a plus
As a solid professional, you receive assignments with objectives and goals, providing guidance to employees based on established policies. Your work is reviewed by management to assess goal achievement and adherence to policies, with opportunities to recommend policy changes within your unit or sub-unit. You address moderate scope problems, applying judgment within defined procedures and policies, and act as an advisor when needed. Your role involves frequent use of industry practices and general knowledge, ensuring project completion on schedule, primarily liaising internally with subordinates and supervisors, with minimal external contacts and guidance.
