THE OPPORTUNITY:

  • Takeda ICC is seeking a candidate within Cyber Security Operations focused on cyber security controls and analytics
  • Act as a technical lead and escalation point for analysts and junior analysts do not have advanced security operations or tool knowledge, skills, or experience
  • Selected candidate will lead program functions within a high-performance dynamic environment and required to adjust priorities of work based on changing operational needs and the evolving threat horizon

The Opportunity

As a Senior Analyst for SAP Controls you’ll Support the development and definition of the strategy for SAP Control Services capabilities by proactively identifying changes and risks in SAP technical/security related processes, SAP business related processes and the technology landscape, that would impact the

SAP Controls requirements/framework. You will be also active participant in the SAP Control Services Team ensuring integrated design, build and deployment and operations of responsible SAP Controls. Ensure that dependencies and risks are understood, managed, and communicated. Partner with SAP

product & security teams, business process owners, compliance and audit teams, and countries, possess strong knowledge of business, risks, and technology, to drive SAP Control solutions to harmonization, optimization, and operational excellence of the SAP control framework.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze SAP security areas, SAP business-related process and SAP system platform related risks, to ensure compliance with internal and industry regulations (e.g. GxP, SOX).
  • Contribute to the design of roadmaps for SAP Control framework, ensuring integration into the overall Information Risk Management.
  • Design the functional requirements for SAP Governance, Risks and Control solutions/tools and facilitate their technical implementation
  • Ensure the creation, documentation, implementation, and execution review of SAP Controls related to audit requirements, policies, SOP, and job aids
  • Perform IT Controls as SAP control owner and ensure audit proofed documentation (IPE)
  • Provide SAP technical consultant for SAP related controls & compliance processes, SAP GRC solutions, SAP User and Authorizations Management
  • Controls liaison for GRC Admin in the areas of maintenance and sustainment of Security, Access, and Process Control
  • Management and update of (business focused) Segregation of Duties (SOD) and (business, accesses, and security focused) Sensitive Access Ruleset, including conceptual review and approach to risk criticality and evaluation
  • Manage, ensure, and execute the SAP Segregation of Duties (SOD) and SAP Sensitive Access analysis and reporting
  • Facilitate and support SAP audits (e.g. Finance SOX, FDA inspections), interacting with internal and external auditors on matters related to audits
  • Ensure SAP changes and developments are delivered in accordance with risk evaluation and compliance requirements, e.g. SOX, GxP

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 6 years of SAP Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Controls functional, configuration and/or development experience with bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 4 years supporting business functions. Specific business knowledge and experience required will vary by position (desirable Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain and Manufacturing and Quality).
  • Strong Business Processes / SAP technical security analytical skills.
  • Technical expertise in SAP Security and Authorization solution areas
  • Project management experience, including management of full lifecycle implementations for major application implementation.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
  • Ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.
  • Ability to set priorities, manage business and provider relationships, and develop workflow processes/text description for IT controls, SOP, Job aids
  • Extensive experience with SDLC methodology and the validation process, including writing deliverables for validated systems.
  • Experience with working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization to implement solutions.
  • Patient and User Centricity at the core.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.

Desired:

  • Pharmaceutical industry and drug development experience.
  • Takeda Operations – comprehensive understanding of Takeda’s operating structure and methods, including a thorough knowledge of the foreign-owned parent company a plus.
  • Experience in SAP GRC tools (configuring, maintained and utilization) for compliance and security purposed a strong plus
  • SAP certification within module and/or technology desired (e.g. SAP GRC Tool, SAP Authorization Management)
  • Experience with auditing third-party systems and vendors.
