Job Description
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE (3-4 bullets)
- Lead the completion of analysis of business processes, identification of automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy; and
- Obtain engagement and buy-in from business units in the identification, prioritization and execution of RPA projects.
SCOPE
- Leads Process Discovery sessions with Takeda business teams to identify feasible processes to automate;
- Leads and mentors less experienced analyst/s in effectively analyzing business complex end-to-end business processes and eliciting business requirements and needs, including identification of latent business needs;
- Interprets Takeda’s SDLC to help junior business analyst/s and various stakeholders (CoE, VCoE, etc.) collaborate effectively during the entire automation journey (process identification, process selection, process prioritization, development, support); and
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of RPA and its capabilities, and forms the bridge between the business and the team of testers and developers during successful automation projects.

ACCOUNTABILITIES (Describe the primary duties and responsibilities of the job. Include only the essential functions of the job. Approximately 5 – 10 bulleted task statements should be identified
- Leads process discovery session to support Takeda teams in identifying processes that are fit for automation;
- Works with Service line leads and/or delivery leads to create and execute a robust RPA strategy;
- Leads the development of As Is Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document), To Be Automated Process Description – SDD (Solution Design Document) and ensures that less experienced business analyst/s adhered to the agreed standards;
- Conducts RPA High Level Assessments;
- Develops RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility;
- Develops high level project plans for implementation projects;
- Provides continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery; and
- Works with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

- Experience in Agile development.
- Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification (PL-600) preferred

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:(List the essential and desirable education and competency requirements to perform the primary responsibilities of the job. Any minimum requirements should be noted.)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience
- 5+ years as business analyst for RPA projects and/or IT projects
- 3+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment
- Experience in Agile development
- Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification (PL-600) preferred
- Strong training/mentor/leadership skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization
