Job Description
About the role:
- Ownand lead the design,implementation, andcontinuousimprovementof theoperatingsystems and governancestructuresthatenableeffectiveexecutionacrossthe Global MSATorganization,ensuringclarity,alignment, anddisciplinedfollow-through.
- Drive leadership teameffectivenessbystructuringandfacilitatingkey forums (e.g.,weeklyMSAT LT meetings, sitevisits),ensuringdiscussionsarefocused,decisionsarecaptured, and actions aretrackedtocompletion.
- Establishscalableapproachesfor cross-functionalengagement,strengtheninghowMSATinterfaceswith manufacturingsites,PharmaceuticalSciences, andotherglobalfunctions
- Proactivelyidentifyoperationalinefficienciesandopportunitiesforimprovement,developingandimplementingstructuredsolutions withmeasurableimpact onexecution, decision-making, andorganizationalperformance.
How you will contribute:
- Design,implement, andcontinuouslyimproveoperatingsystems, governancemechanisms, andexecutioncadencessupportingGlobal MSAT,includingleadership team forums, site engagement models, and cross-functionalways of working, with aparticularfocus onstrengtheningalignmentwithPharmaceuticalSciences.
- Facilitate key Global MSAT leadershipprocesses,includingweeklyleadership team meetings,quarterlysitevisitpreparationand follow-through, and Tuesdaymorningforums,ensuringdiscussionsarewell-structured,decisionsand actions areclearlycaptured, and commitments aretrackedthroughcompletion.
- Lead knowledge management and meetingeffectivenesspractices,includingagendastructuring,pre-readcoordination, meeting minutes, action tracking, anddocumentationofdecisions,ensuringleadership forums areefficient,actionable, andalignedto businesspriorities.
- Proactivelyidentifyopportunitiestoimproveorganizationaleffectiveness, governance, andexecution, anddevelopandimplementpracticalsolutions withmeasurableimpact,usingdata anddefinedsuccessmetricstodemonstrateimprovement.
- PartneracrossGlobal MSAT, manufacturingsites,PharmaceuticalSciences, andotherkey stakeholders, playing acentralroleinimprovinghowMSAT andPharmScialign,communicate, andexecutejointlyto driveconsistent, high-qualityoutcomes.
What you bring to Takeda:
- Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA, or equivalent) in a relevant field (preferred), withdemonstratedexperience in operations, strategy, business excellence, or program leadership within complex organizations, ideally with exposure to R&D / Pharmaceutical Sciences and manufacturing interfaces.
- Highly structured, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong influencing skills and the ability to drive alignment,facilitatesenior-level discussions, and execute with minimal direction.
- Strongexpertisein process improvement, governance design, and facilitation, with excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex inputs into clear actions and measurable outcomes.

Boston, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$137,000.00 - $215,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
