Job Description

The US Oncology Market Access Analytics Lead will leverage data across multiple sources to create analyses, synthesize results into actionable insights, and communicate the business impact to cross-functional stakeholders to shape US Oncology Business Unit (OBU) Market Access strategies and enable Market Access field teams.
Main activities include analysis of data from above brand Hub/Patient Services Programs, Trade & Distribution Operations, State & Federal policies (PBM reform, MFN, etc), and other emerging US healthcare landscape trends that impact the Oncology therapeutic area.
This role will report to the Head of Access Analytics, US OBU Patient, Value, and Access (PVA). Keys to success in this position include strong analytical thinking and modeling capabilities, the ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally, and strong communication skills to translate insights into actionable strategies. This is a highly visible role within the organization and will collaborate closely with Access Marketing, Health Policy, Finance, Global PVA, and US and Global Band teams, and Field Payer and Account-facing teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in the Oncology therapeutic area and strong analytical skills in the market access space.
How you will contribute:
- Partner with various US OBU PVA functions to drive above brand market access analytics and modeling, focusing on Hub/Patient Services Programs, Trade & Distribution, and US Health Policy
- Identify and quantify impact for US OBU leadership of ongoing and emerging US Healthcare policies that affect the Oncology Therapeutic Area
- Align with Global Oncology Market Access team with assumptions and impact of US healthcare trends to scenario plan for the long range forecast
- Own and develop Market Access Oncology above brand KPIs, identify appropriate data sources, and lead tracking and reporting to cross functional stakeholders
- Develop analyses from multiple sources and communicate output into clear concise insights and recommendations to Market Access field teams and senior leadership for decision making and strategy development
- Provide thought partnership in the evaluation of key business implications, strategic alternatives, tactical options, risks, and opportunities for key brand and late-stage pipeline assets
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced multi-tasking environment including managing multiple projects and analyses with on time completion
- Showcase consulting skills, including listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for strong business impact and value-add
- Identify business needs proactively and build analysis in order to mitigate risk and improve results
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree required; preferably advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, Masters, PhD)
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience required, and 3+ years of oncology experience preferred
- Experience working in a corporate strategy or consulting role preferred
- Market Access experience required
- Proficiency in knowledge in the reimbursement and access across US healthcare landscape
- Demonstrated ability to lead with humility, courage, urgency, integrity and the ability to influence without authority
- High self-awareness and political acuity
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Advanced business acumen and analytical thinking skills; expert proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Boston, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$154,400.00 - $242,550.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
