The role ofSeniorManager, PRAM provides theCommercialOrganization with strategic partnership, leadership, and direction to develop implement, and refine processes that contribute to the approval, production,distributionand maintenance of marketing materials.Thisindividualis responsible fordeveloping andimplementing theapproval ofmodular content and reusable content operations within VeevaPromoMatsfor the Oncology organization.
TheSeniorManageris responsible forthe success and efficiency of the department. He/she creates a successful department through budgetmanagement,projectplanning, workflowand processes, communication, customer satisfaction, andoptimizingthe performance of employees.Further, the senior manageris responsible fortracking progress(e.g. reducing cycle timesor time to review)andmaintainingperformance metrics.
This position oversees theReview &Approvalprocess,print and digitalProduction, andFulfilmentfor advertising and promotion for Takedain accordance withcompany policy and standard operating procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to Marketing, Sales Training, and Corporate Communications promotional material.
This individual will work closely with Regulatory, Medical, Legal, andCommercial teamsto ensuredigital and printpromotional material is approved and distributedin accordance withSOPs.
How you will contribute:
- Oversee and direct day-to-day and end-to-end operations across all PRAM functions (USRC, PromoMats, Print & Digital Asset Management, Material Distribution & Inventory Management, and PRAM Training), ensuring coordinated execution, cross-functional alignment, and consistent delivery of compliant and efficient processes.
- Lead USRC Steering Committee governance, driving cross-functional alignment, decision-making, and oversight to ensure compliant, efficient, and predictable promotional review and approval processes.
- Lead and operationalize PRAM support for US product launches and critical milestones, including PDUFA approval, Day 0 readiness, OPDP interactions, Form 2253 submissions, and end-to-end lifecycle activities (e.g., material approval, archival, and label change processes) to ensure timely, compliant execution.
- Own end-to-end project management for PRAM workflows, ensuring efficient intake, prioritization, execution, and delivery of assets and associated inputs.
- Maintain business system ownership of the P&E and USRC workflow and content management system, while driving continuous optimization through adoption of advanced capabilities (e.g., Tier Review, pre-checker, and emerging tools), partnering with stakeholders to solve operational challenges, and ensuring adherence to SOPs, record retention policies, and compliant day-to-day execution.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, business rules, and end-to-end operational documentation (including playbooks, training materials, work instructions, and process maps) across all PRAM functions (USRC, PromoMats, Print & Digital Asset Management, Material Distribution & Inventory Management, and PRAM Training), while driving process standardization, training, and adoption across internal teams and external partners.
- Enable performance management and user experience improvements through KPI framework rollout, data-driven insights, and enhancements to business owner and user interactions.
- Lead automation, digital enablement, and system evolution of PRAM processes, including defining business requirements in partnership with DD&T and maintaining ownership of USRC workflow and content management systems.
- Design and implement an integrated asset tracking and management ecosystem, including automation tools and system integrations (e.g., vendors, Vault, and connected platforms).
- Drive harmonization and enterprise alignment across US OBU, Global teams, and external partners, standardizing processes, asset management practices, and digital expectations (e.g., DAM, modular content, LOC reuse).
- Support cross-training and operational continuity across EVOPS and Launch Excellence, providing flexible support to core processes and enabling seamless execution across functions.
- Lead day-to-day management of contractors, vendors, and interns, ensuring delivery against priorities, quality standards, and timelines.
- Responsible for production and fulfilment of commercial content as well as auditing digital commercial content:
- Oversees the management of external PRAM partners, including the writing and executing of SOWs, tracking budgets, managing invoices, and quarterly PRAM vendor partner agency performance reviews where needed.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in business or science-related concentration
6 - 8 years of pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated industry experience
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional guidelines and regulations (e.g. FDA/OPDP regulatory issues relevant to advertising and promotion)
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel)
Proficient with PromoMats Veeva International Vault content management system
Ability to prioritize high-volume workload based on challenges and business needs, with minimal supervision, working with sense of urgency and efficiency
People Management experience preferred
Exceptional program management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written. and auditory communication skills
Strong understanding of promotional inventory logistics
Experience with conflict management and successful negotiation
Proven proactive, collaborative leadership, with ability to identify challenges and provide solutions, working cross multi-functional teams and all levels, including senior management
Budget management

- Up to 10% of Domestic Travel

Boston, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$137,000.00 - $215,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
