THE OPPORTUNTY
As a Business Analyst II, you will take ownership of business analysis activities of medium to high complexity, working closely with stakeholders who will rely on your expertise and judgment. You will lead the gathering, analysis and documentation of reporting and analytics specifications, while also understanding how source systems data enables these specifications. You will delegate fewer complex tasks to junior colleagues and supporting their development. You will keep documentation for your assigned solutions accurate and up to date, ensuring it reflects reality and supports smooth delivery. In your day-to-day work, you will partner closely with development teams, product/platform owners, QA and other key stakeholders to validate user stories, review QA results and drive high-quality outcomes for our digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure backlog refinement and preparation for development
- Drive scoping and definition of complex features
- Conduct refinement, grooming, and execution on user stories
- Acquire subject matter expertise by studying relevant internal documentation, working with stakeholders, and industry literature
- Provide support to the Product Owner/Product Manager in prioritizing the development team backlog in alignment with Chief Product Owner directives
- Partner with stakeholders e.g. Engagement and Product Owners to understand client business needs and pain points with the intention to write user stories that address those needs.
- Work closely with product Owners, developers and testers to ensure that written requirements are clearly stated, and comprehensive.
- Offer input toward roadmap creation for future product development
- Demonstrate product features and act as a subject matter expert in customer-facing presentations
- Work with the team to deliver precise estimates on feature development
- Contribute to the creation of next-generation product documentation
- Provide continuous updates during project delivery; communicate changes, risks, issues and ambiguities in a timely manner.
- Guide and support junior members of chapter when necessary.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must-have requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in a Lean/Agile development environment
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Strong end-to-end BA skills: gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Proficient in analysing data (Excel - pivot tables, advanced formulas, SQL)
- Experience working with multiple systems and documenting data flows / system interactions
- Understanding of Finance concepts (e.g: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Understanding of core Finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and ability to analyse financial data to support business decision-making.
- Highly organized; able to break down complex problems and set priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Fluency in English
Nice to have requirements
- Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and visualization
- Exposure to ARIBA and SAP
- Knowledge of Procurement, Supplier processes and systems

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 2750 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
