The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst I, you will take ownership of business analysis activities of medium to high complexity, working closely with stakeholders who will rely on your expertise and judgment. You will lead the analysis and documentation of software specifications. You will keep documentation for your assigned applications accurate and up to date, ensuring it reflects reality and supports smooth delivery. In your day-to-day work, you will partner closely with development teams, product/platform owners, QA and other key stakeholders to validate user stories, review QA results and drive high-quality outcomes for our digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, grooming, and reviews.
- Conduct refinement, grooming, and execution on user stories
- Support to the Product Owner/Product Manager in prioritizing sprint backlog
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points and convert them to user stories.
- Work closely with product Owners, developers and testers to ensure that written requirements are clearly stated, and comprehensive.
- Work with the team to deliver precise estimates on feature development
- Contribute to the creation of next-generation product documentation
- Provide continuous updates during project delivery; communicate changes, risks, issues and ambiguities in a timely manner.
- Guide and support junior members of chapter when necessary.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must-have requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Experience working in a Lean/Agile development environment
- Experience in Data Analysis (e.g.: SQL)
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strong end-to-end BA skills, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
- Experience creating user stories and defining clear acceptance criteria
- Experience working with multiple systems and documenting data flows and system interactions
- Understanding of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) systems and Large Language Models (LLMs) in document processing workflows
- Ability to build or support document processing pipelines
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Highly organized, with the ability to break down complex problems and prioritize effectively
- Fluency in English
Nice to have requirements
- Experience integrating APIs
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3)
- Experience building scalable data pipelines
- Knowledge of GxP compliance requirements

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 2100 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
