The Opportunity
As the Principal Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the execution of Change Management and Communication activities across small to medium-scale digital transformation initiatives, ensuring effective delivery, strong adoption, and a positive end user experience throughout the change journey. You will support the operational implementation of change management services, prepare targeted change assets aligned with strategic direction, and monitor progress to identify areas for reinforcement. Your role will be key in supporting business readiness, promoting engagement, and helping the organization achieve its digital transformation objectives.
Responsibilites:
Deliver end-to-end Change Management and Communications services for digital technology implementations.
Track the effectiveness of change and communication activities using standard KPIs and data insights.
Identify and manage organizational, process, system, and data-related changes.
Execute the defined training approach in collaboration with the training team.
Implement communication and engagement strategies to support adoption of new technologies and processes.
Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure a seamless and effective user experience.
Apply project management practices within Change Management and Communications.
Support additional team activities as needed and contribute to OCM community initiatives to promote internal collaboration and capability building.
Collaborate with stakeholders to lead organizational alignment activities for GDD&T communications.
Perform other duties as reasonably required for the position.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration) is essential.
4–6 years of experience in Change Management in a global environment, preferably within an IT function.
Experience managing change across diverse data and digital technology landscapes.
Ability to lead change in cross-functional organizations and remain flexible in ambiguous situations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal in English), with the ability to clearly convey messages to various audiences.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with local and global stakeholders.
Solid business acumen, analytical capabilities, and creative problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and task coordination abilities in international settings.
Experience in Pharma and GxP projects is a plus.
Effective communication with both business and IT leaders.
Solid IT proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Open to adopting new methodologies and ways of working.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint).
Hands-on experience with Change Management methods and tools to support organizational transformation.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is €3,083.33 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
