The Opportunity
Takeda’s AI & Automation team is transforming how business users leverage intelligent agents. As a Power Platform Engineer, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to design, build, and maintain low-code solutions and multi-agent workflows—primarily using Microsoft’s Power Platform (Power Automate, AI Builder, Power Apps), Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio Agent Flows, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Logic Apps. Your focus will be on rapid, hands-on development of solutions and connectors that deliver immediate business value.
Objectives/Purpose
Lead creation of reusable, low-code agent services that integrate with Copilot M365, Copilot Studio, and core Takeda systems.
Translate business problems into actionable workflows, demonstrating value quickly.
Optimize and automate end-to-end processes using Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure Logic Apps.
Accountabilities
Power Platform & Workflow Development (Required)
Hands-on in Power Automate: design, build, and refine complex workflows.
Leverage Power Apps for lightweight user interfaces where needed.
Design and deploy Agent Flows in Copilot Studio
Azure Logic Apps & Fabric (Required)
Build event-driven orchestrations with Azure Logic Apps.
Employ Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, dashboards) for monitoring and insights.
Local Code & Connector Development (Required)
Develop and maintain custom connectors or small code modules (TypeScript/C#) that sit alongside low-code workflows.
Integrate external data sources and simple LLM calls (via OpenAI Responses API or similar) as needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery (Required)
Partner with business and IT leaders—including senior stakeholders—to gather requirements and validate prototypes.
Deliver working demos quickly and iterate based on feedback.
Transform requirements and context into formats usable by agents: e.g. prompt and context development
Documentation & Training (Required)
Produce clear runbooks, technical guides, and end-user documentation.
Lead hands-on workshops or brown-bag sessions to upskill colleagues.
Continuous Improvement (Required)
Stay current on Power Platform enhancements; stay current on new capabilities in OpenAI and Azure for evolving patterns.
Recommend and adopt new tools or patterns that accelerate delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
Power Automate (≥ 3 years): advanced workflow development.
Power Apps: creating simple, effective interfaces.
Azure Logic Apps: event-driven integration experience.
Microsoft Fabric: building dashboards and data pipelines.
Connector/Local Code: ability to write small modules in TypeScript or C# to extend low-code solutions.
Business Engagement: proven track record in collaborating with senior leaders.
Delivery Focus: strong bias for rapid prototyping, iteration, and pragmatic solutions.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with OpenAI Responses API or other LLM integrations.
Familiarity with Dataverse for data modeling.
Familiarity with AI Builder for embedding models in flows
Familiarity with Copilot M365 & Copilot Studio Agent Flows for multi-agent design
Prior work on proprietary agent platforms (e.g., MyAibou).
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure.
Background in regulated industries (finance, pharma, legal).
Education & Behavioral Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent communicator who can translate between technical and business audiences.
Collaborative mindset and passion for enabling others through low-code automation.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 2670 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
