Define and evolve integration architecture, including data flows, mapping logic, and interface design
Ensure reliable, scalable, and secure data exchange across systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., SAP CPI/BTP) and other integration patterns

- Deep, hands-on experience administering, configuring and optimizing Veeva QualityDocs and/or SAP SuccessFactors (or comparable Document Management, Learning or Quality Systems)
- Strong understanding of system integrations, including APIs, middleware, and data flows
- Experience working in GxP-regulated environments
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on technical levels
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical, integration, and data issues
