Job Description
As the Senior Manager, FTP Analytics, you will work as a strategic partner to the Hematology Franchise within the Foundational Therapeutic Platform business unit, leveraging data and analytics to shape commercial strategy and drive measurable business impact. You will combine deep understanding of disease areas, treatment landscapes, and market dynamics with advanced analytics to inform critical decisions across the business.
You will translate complex data into clear recommendations that help leaders make data-informed decisions, even when conditions change. Success in this role requires an ability to take action and move work forward, ownership of outcomes, and the ability to connect insights to execution and results.
This position reports to the Director of Market Intelligence and Analytics and partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Market Access, and Data/Digital teams to deliver insights and analytics used across the business.
How you will contribute:
- Partner with brand and commercial leaders to identify opportunities, shape strategy, inform key business decisions and to turn insights into action.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver insights that directly inform strategy, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Apply structured problem-solving to ambiguous challenges and provide actionable recommendations with defined trade-offs and expected impact.
- Support senior leaders by turning complex or incomplete data into clear recommendations.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators aligned to business objectives, ensuring clear tracking of impact and return on investment.
- Integrate multiple data sources (primary, secondary, and emerging datasets) to develop a holistic understanding of patient, provider, and market dynamics.
- Assess the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, ensuring insights translate into measurable outcomes and continuous optimization.
- Lead the design and use of dashboards and reporting tools that support decisions.
- Support brand planning, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing performance management with clear, actionable insights.
- Improve processes by streamlining work, automating reporting, and strengthening analytics.
- Partner with Data, Digital and Technology, Sales Operations, and the Data Center of Excellence to evaluate and enhance data assets and infrastructure.
- This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities; you will lead cross-functional initiatives and project teams.
- Identify data gaps and opportunities to enhance analytics through new data sources, methodologies, and tools.
- Evaluate the evolving data and analytics landscape to bring innovative approaches that improve decision-making and impact.
- Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to scale insights and drive efficiency
Minimum Requirements/ qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics required, or a related field; MBA with a focus on healthcare or master’s in data analytics/informatics preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analytics required. Pharma experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to connect analytics to strategy, execution, and business outcomes.
- Proven experience acting as a thought partner to internal stakeholders influencing decisions in complex environments.
- Experience working with large, complex, and unstructured datasets; familiarity with longitudinal patient claims and specialty pharmacy data preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses required. Experience with Python or R preferred.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and ensure execution and pull-through of recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong prioritization, project management, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail balanced with focus on strategic impact.
- Comfort with change, innovation, and applying new technologies to business challenges.

USA - MA - Cambridge - Kendall Square - 500U.S. Base Salary Range:
$137,000.00 - $215,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
