Job Description
OBJECTIVE
- Drive Successful Market Launch of Digital Product & Solution: Ensure that products meet market demands and regulatory requirements to achieve commercial goal.
- Develop Digital Products & Solution: Collaborate global & local R&D with localization needs to accelerate the development and implementation of digital product & solution.
- Enhance Product & Solution Competitiveness: Optimize medical knowledge graphs and functional modules through data mining and technological innovation to address market competition.
- Explore Digital Transformation Pathways: In line with corporate strategy, promote innovative practices in digital product & solution and health management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unleash the power of Data, Digital and Technology to achieve China Elevation Plan by building strategic capabilities
- Be partnership with all relevant BUs/BFs, with a strategic mindset, able to take business priorities, in-depth understanding of the commercial business with the ability to influence, challenge and innovate to enable commercial strategic imperatives.
- Market and Strategic Thinking
- Keen market insight to develop differentiated competitive strategies.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, balancing short-term goals with long-term strategy.
- Product & Solution Strategy and Planning
- Analyze digital product & solution market trends to develop product roadmaps.
- Identify target disease areas and assess clinical needs and commercial potential.
- Design differentiated product features.
- Product & Solution Design and Medical Logic Construction
- Extract medical knowledge based on multidisciplinary guidelines, literature, and evidence-based evidence to design functional modules.
- Lead the development of product and solution prototypes, coordinate interdisciplinary research, and ensure that technical implementation matches medical logic.
- Technical Translation Ability
- Translate medical needs into technical solutions, coordinate with R&D teams for functional development.
- Familiarity with smart device integration and internet medical platform consolidation.
- Project Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Coordinate resources from R&D, medical, marketing, and other departments to ensure timely project and solution delivery.
- Interface with cross function teams to ensure product and solution align with company strategy and localization needs.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure product and solution comply with domestic and international regulations, lead registration and compliance reviews.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital health initiatives, including data security and privacy concerns.
Requirements
- Commercial Acumen:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial and market dynamics.
- Ability to develop and execute digital product and solution.
- Regulatory Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience in talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Project Management:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex initiatives.
- Experience in monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Level of Education
IT/Marketing / medical / sales / digital background preferred
Bachelor Degree is a must, MBA preferred
Working Experience in Relevant Field
10 - 15 years experiences in digital / innovation strategy, digital marketing, or innovation projects, experiences in pharmaceutical industry
Consulting background preferred
Professional Knowledge and Skills
Fluent English
