THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Digital Campaigns Team. As a core member of this team, you will play a key role in shaping our patient engagement solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and enhance productivity and efficiency.

Senior Business Analyst works independently on tasks with up to high complexity. Inputs for work are given mainly directly by other stakeholders. This role works independently on assigned tasks and may help more junior members of chapter when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather insights.
  • Create Jira user stories for digital campaigns.
  • Understand and document business requirements related to Digital Marketing campaigns.
  • It is expected that the output will be on a desired level according to company standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing teams, to identify their needs and expectations.
  • Collect feedback on email testing from agencies and businesses and possess the ability to articulate it effectively before conveying it to the developers.
  • Analyze current digital campaigns processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Propose and document changes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze data requirements for effective segmentation, personalization, and targeting in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency within Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.
  • Understand and define reporting requirements for campaign performance metrics and analytics.
  • Create detailed documentation such as functional specifications, use cases, and user stories and other outcomes.
  • Clearly articulate requirements and specifications for development and implementation teams.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud admin or development team to configure segments and email journeys according to campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate on any necessary customizations or integrations with other systems.
  • Close cooperation with Development, Product/Platform Owners, QA and others is expected on daily basis.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate that the configured Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution meets the defined business requirements.
  • Provides continuous updates to stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery, communicate changes, problems, risks and ambiguities.
  • Coordinate with testing teams and stakeholders to ensure successful testing before campaigns “GoLive”.
  • Offer ongoing support and address any issues or questions that arise during and after testing or implementation/deployment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a business analysis area (Functional Specifications, Use Cases)
  • 2+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment
  • Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud or other ESPs in the digital workspace
  • 2+ years of experience with Jira (Backlog, Epics, User Stories creation)
  • Experience in Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of Campaign Performance Metrics and Analytics
  • Certification a field of Business Analysis (Recommended)
  • Training/mentor skills
  • Outstanding communication skills with technical and functional teams, both written and verbal
  • Ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.
