This position acts as a bridge between local operations and the global operational strategy of the Transformation Enablement Chapter and the overall DD&T strategy, contributing to both strategy execution and community building.

  • Work with Chapter and Subchapter Leads to identify capability gaps and drive maturity uplift initiatives.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner with Business Units and Functions (BU/F) to align delivery efforts with business needs and priorities.

  • Act as an integrator between delivery teams and Platform/Service teams to enable end-to-end execution and flow.

  • Drive consistency in delivery approaches across different programs and levels of complexity.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for local and regional stakeholders on agile delivery matters.

  • Represent local delivery needs in global forums and provide feedback to influence chapter-wide strategy.

  • Champion Agile and Lean principles in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in agile delivery with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including business and technology groups.

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).

  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills across organizational levels.

Preferred

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Agile certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.

  • Experience working with distributed global teams and enterprise platforms.

What Success Looks Like
