What You’ll Do

The MTO Service Owner will play a key role in supporting the observability, telemetry, and monitoring of the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex technical issues into real-world business impacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring and observability of servers and critical infrastructure components.
• Utilize tools such as Splunk, ThousandEyes, and CloudWatch to ensure system health and performance.
• Identify and respond to system anomalies proactively to prevent service disruption.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure.
• Translate technical issues and risks into understandable, actionable business impacts.
• Work within an Agile Delivery framework.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Conversational fluency in English (most meetings and communications are in English).
• Understanding of observability, telemetry, and system monitoring.
• Technical background in infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role or as a Service Owner.

Preferred:

• Experience with monitoring tools:
  • Splunk
  • ThousandEyes
  • CloudWatch
