You will play a key role in ensuring people support is effectively allocated, delivered and experienced across countries, business units and functions. As a working leader, you will combine team leadership with hands-on involvement in complex, sensitive and high-impact people matters, while serving as a key contact for Human Resources Business Leaders. You will also bring deep expertise in a regional people practice area, helping set standards, strengthen team capability and resolve matters requiring specialist judgement. Your work will contribute to consistent, high-quality people partnership, stronger regional practices and an effective experience for the leaders and teams you support.

How You Will Contribute

  • Lead, coach and develop the team by setting priorities, balancing workloads and building capability while creating a culture of learning, inclusion and continuous improvement.
  • Manage complex people matters by providing hands-on guidance on restructurings, employee relations, senior leader coaching and significant organizational change.
  • Advise and coach leaders across performance, talent, succession, rewards, mobility, talent acquisition, change and organization design.
  • Lead a regional practice area by applying specialist expertise, resolving complex cases and maintaining clear standards, guidance and decision criteria.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships by serving as a primary contact for Human Resources Business Leaders and ensuring clear ownership of escalations.
  • Drive service quality and compliance by monitoring performance, improving processes and supporting adherence to data privacy, employment law and internal policies.
  • Use data and digital tools to identify trends, inform decisions, improve processes and expand the effective use of automation and self-service solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
  • Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strong people partnering experience in regional or global environments.
  • Deep expertise in at least one people practice area, including leave management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organization design, learning or talent management.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing others, including setting priorities and supporting on-the-job development.
  • Proven experience working in complex global organizations across multiple regions, functions and geographies and within shared-service or tiered Human Resources models.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements across multiple countries, with sound judgement in managing and escalating complex matters.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict management and communication skills, with experience influencing and coaching senior leaders.
  • Practical experience using people analytics, data visualization, Human Resources information systems and artificial intelligence-enabled tools to inform decisions and improve services.
