Job Description
- 医薬品GMPを遵守する重要性とGMP関連文書に記載された手順の意味を理解して業務を実行する
- GMP、GMP関連文書、データインテグリティーを遵守して記録し、安全に保管する
- 査察や監査の際に、SMEとして業務の内容を説明する
- 物品の入荷、入庫、保管、出庫、組付、搬送、出荷作業を実施する
- 廃棄品の処理作業を実施する 倉庫設備機器の日常管理を実施する
- 倉庫設備機器の設備計画案を提案する
- 作業進捗から必要に応じて作業員の配置調整を上司に提案する
- 異常、逸脱等の問題を速やかに上司に報告する
- 逸脱等に対する根本原因の調査を行い、CAPA計画を含む調査報告書を作成する
- 倉庫内温度の監視システムによる自動通報に対する対応を実施する
- 計画停電、突発停電発生時の対応を実施する
- 就業時間外における突発的な処置が必要とされる事象が発生した場合の対応を実施する
- トレーニングマトリックスに基づきGMP教育を適切に受講する
- GMP関連文書の制改訂を実施する
- 倉庫業務に関する継続的な改善活動を推進し、改善を提案、実行し、変更提案を起票する
- 質問や提案を推奨する「Speak Up」を実践する
Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:
Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
