大阪工場サプライチェーン室は、大阪および光工場で生産し、国内外に供給している医薬品の安定供給を支える中核部門です。

製造・品質・物流・グローバルチームと連携し、生産計画、在庫管理、原材料および資材の調達、出荷業務を行い、必要な時に必要な医薬品を患者さんにお届けする一連のプロセスに貢献しています。

Osaka site Supply Chain is a core function supporting the stable supply of a global pharmaceutical product manufactured at both the Osaka and Hikari Plants. By working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and global teams, the department contributes to the entire process of delivering the drug to patients at the right time—through production planning, inventory management, procurement of raw materials and components, and shipment operations.

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

  • Takeda S&OPプロセスに準拠し、需要予測・在庫・生産能力・工場戦略を考慮した最適な中期および短期月次生産計画（0～36か月）を立案・管理する。
  • 複数工場の製造部門・品質管理部門・物流部門・グローバルチームと連携し、生産計画を調整・実行するとともに、供給リスクを特定し、軽減策をとる。
  • 在庫レベルをモニタリングし、適正在庫の維持に向けて調整する。
  • SAPシステムを用いた計画立案に必要なマスターデータおよび、計画パラメータを設定・維持管理する。

  • サプライチェーンのパフォーマンスに関するKPIの監視・分析
  • サプライチェーンに関するGMP変更管理、逸脱調査、CAPA策定、実行
  • SAPシステムのトランザクションおよびマスターデータの設定、メンテナンス
  • プロジェクトへの参加、リード

  • 生産管理に必要なSAPの知識および操作スキル
  • 需要予測およびキャパシティプランニングを含む、サプライチェーンに関する幅広い知識

  • 品質、コスト、納期に関するデータをサプライチェーンの観点から分析し、戦略的な調達・生産計画を立案する能力

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • 経営学または技術系の学士
  • SAPシステムを用いた生産計画の立案経験（5年以上）
  • 日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルの読み書き・会話能力

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
