The Compensation Market Insights Senior Analyst is responsible for managing compensation data analytics, systems, projects, and processes. This role evaluates large data sets to inform strategic decisions, leads MarketPay capability development, participates in global and regional compensation data analysis, and drive Market Insights annual processes to ensure effective compensation practices. Primary responsibilities include:
Project Management and Coordination:
- Leads the Market Insights team through the annual salary structure refresh and annual match validation review processes.
- Evaluates job matching in the system at a macro level for cross-functional consistency and completeness. Identifies and implements our job matching best practices and harmonization post global job architecture.
- Oversees our annual salary survey participation schedule and organization.
- Manages our survey library, making recommendations for data cut changes according to match usage and data quality, in coordination with Compensation Operations.
Lead Market Pay Product Development and Capabilities:
- Creates, manages and streamlines reporting, understanding user and data requirements and improving comp team usability of the system. Liaises with MarketPay on custom reports, analytics, and visualizations.
- Stays informed of the MarketPay product roadmap, helps to deploy new functionality within the team such as AI Match Validation, Pricing At Scale and Survey Participation via MarketPay. Liaises with Compensation Operations on changes within the system.
Provide EUCAN Region Support:
- Provides recurring and ad hoc regional and country analysis, benchmarking and salary structure support for the EUCAN region.
- Participates in recurring team deliverables, such as surveys, audits, file uploads, and ad hoc requests as required.
Participate in Global Compensation Analysis:
- Leads reporting/automation for, and participates in, global and country-specific compensation market analysis, such as for STIP and LTIP.
- Prepare costing, competitive analysis, additional research and presentations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree preferred with 3+ years of related compensation & analytics experience
- Executes complex compensation analyses independently, advising others and recommending improvements.
- Organizes, manages and leads projects effectively and coordinates with internal teams to meet objectives.
- Analyzes data meticulously to inform compensation decisions and organizational strategies.
- Utilizes HR Information Systems expertly, navigating complex challenges and supporting others.
- Audits data to identify issues and recommend enhancements.
- Communicates effectively, translating complex compensation details into understandable terms for various audiences.
- Maintains high attention to detail in all tasks.
- Hybrid to Lexington MA, 5 days minimum per month in office

$99,500.00 - $156,420.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives.
