  • Support automation and improve the use of supply volume data to enhance the speed and accuracy of projections.

  • Ensure timely inputs for year-to-go projections, plan adherence, and schedule performance reporting, while validating system outputs against agreed assumptions.

  • Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and opportunities through appropriate governance forums.

  • Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and execution excellence.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

  • At least five years of experience in global supply chain or planning, ideally within the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry.

  • Experience with multi-site manufacturing networks and complex supply chains.

  • Strong expertise in S&OP, IBP, OBP, SAC, or related network planning processes and governance frameworks.

  • An enterprise mindset, strong systems-thinking skills, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

  • High resilience, accountability, and execution discipline.

  • The ability to identify improvement opportunities, lead change, and improve processes and outcomes.

  • A supply chain certification, such as APICS/CPIM, Lean, or Six Sigma, is preferred.

  • A commitment to Takeda’s leadership expectations: prioritizing patient impact and supply reliability; thinking strategically; collaborating and influencing across functions and geographies; delivering on commitments; developing organizational capability in volume planning and analytics; and embracing change.
