Job Description
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE:
Support delivery of US Medical Information services for Neuroscience, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Neuroscience MI content.
Management of complex inquiries through the second line escalation process, under the supervision of the Medical Information Lead
Management of daily interactions with vendors and third party providers
Support digital, omnichannel, and AI-enabled MI activities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Deliver timely, accurate Neuroscience medical information responses across all channels, including digital platforms.
Develop and update MI materials (SRDs, FAQs, digital modules).
Support escalated inquiry resolution requiring TA knowledge.
Ensure accurate AE/PC reporting and adherence to MI SOPs.
Develop and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders and vendor teams, incorporating digital learning platforms and interactive modules to promote best practices and digital fluency.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:(List the essential and desirable education and competency requirements to perform the primary responsibilities of the job. Any minimum requirements should be noted.)
A medical or scientific degree is required
> 2 years of related work experience
>2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably within a matrix structure is required
Good knowledge of medical information best practices, legal and regulatory requirements, Codes of Practice, Standard Operating Practices and guidelines
Previous therapeutic area experience within the area of Neuroscience preferred

Lexington, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$127,400.00 - $200,200.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives.
