Job Description
About the Role:
The Artwork Project Analyst will play a vital role in supporting and managing critical projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities include project coordination, tracking, and implementation. This professional will support effective cross-functional communication, address project-related issues, identify risks, manage schedules, timelines, and expectations, and ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and at the desired quality standards.
In addition, the Labeling Project Analyst will be accountable for the performance and execution of supply chain labeling projects, including artwork labeling activities. This role involves active engagement with stakeholders to drive project success, providing input to program prioritization processes, and contributing to strategic portfolio initiatives. By upholding high-quality standards, this position aligns with Takeda’s mission to deliver improved health outcomes to people worldwide.
How you will Contribute:
Maintain all relevant artwork projects within the electronic artwork management system, ensuring tasks are set up, progressed and completed on time. Carry out artwork approvals, proofreading and printer’s proofs verification checks on the digital comparator if applicable.
Review and coordinate Artwork action items in Change Controls to ensure these are properly documented and closed out in line with set timelines.
Transparently monitor, control, and report process performance of label changes.
Coordinate projects for label changes considering the lowest possible impact on market supply and manufacturing operations while still maintaining the highest possible efficiency in change implementation.
Lead cross-functional projects with a broad scope. Identify priorities and engage necessary resources. Identify barriers and recommend solutions. Develop a project plan and execute to timeline. Communicate project status to requestors, customers and senior management.
Coordinate implementation plans based on supply/demand forecast. Optimize inventory levels with Supply Planning to reduce the financial impact of the change while securing the launch of the new material.
Provide input to the program prioritization process and participate in other key strategic business portfolio processes.
Anticipate potential conflict situations and define proactive mitigation strategy if required.
Work directly with external graphic house and print vendors to coordinate artwork development & publishing of new/revised artwork as well as technical/profile drawings and guides.
Support additional supply chain impacting projects as needed and continuous process alignment and improvement.
What you bring to Takeda:
Experience with document control processes and computerized systems. Experience with Trackwise, FOCUS, and Veeva Vault preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail are necessary. Must have excellent problem-solving skills, project management skills, verbal communication skills, and written communication skills.
Must be able to work as a collaborative team member and in some cases lead a small team.
Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
Ability to proactively identify, escalate, and/or resolve potential compliance and/or safety issues.
Bachelor’s degree or supply chain discipline is preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of related experience required.
Experience in Project Coordination/Management and computerized documentation control system
IT: ERP systems (JDE/SAP or others), EQM systems (e.g., TrackWise, FOCUS), project management tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in written and spoken English
Important Considerations

Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.
Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
Work in a cold, wet environment.
Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.
Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.

$70,000.00 - $110,000.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives.
